Who we are

Timothy Parks Roofing & Construction also operates tproco.com. Same company, same licences, same people. This policy covers tprci.com.

Collection of personal information

We collect only what we need to answer you and quote the work.

What you give us. If you call, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us about your roof and your address. If you email, we have your email address and the contents of your message.

There are currently no forms on this site. Nothing on tprci.com collects your details through a web form today. The only ways to reach us are the phone number and email. If that changes, this policy is updated before any form goes live.

Purpose identification

We identify why we are collecting your information at the point we collect it, and we do not later use it for something else without asking you.

The purposes are: to return your call, to inspect and quote your roof, to carry out work you engage us for, to meet permit and licensing obligations, and to keep the records the law requires us to keep.

Calls to this number are recorded

Calls to 689-600-3099, the number published on this site, are recorded. You hear a notice saying so at the start of the call, before the conversation begins.

Florida is a two-party-consent state under Fla. Stat. §934.03, which means everyone on the call has to know it is being recorded. That is what the notice is for. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will take the details another way, or email us instead.

Recordings exist so that we got your address and the details of the job right, and to settle any later question about what was agreed. They are not used for marketing.

Usage of personal information

We use your information for the purpose you gave it to us for.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do share it with the service providers that run parts of this business on our behalf, which is a different thing, and you should know who they are:

• LeadConnector / GoHighLevel — our phone system and customer record. Calls to the number above, and the contact record created from them, are held there.
• Google — Google Tag Manager, for measuring which pages people read and which calls came from the website.
• Microsoft — Clarity, described in the next section.

Each processes the information on our instructions. We do not pass your details to other roofing companies, to lead brokers, or to anyone who would market to you.

Information collected automatically, including session recording

Like most sites, tprci.com records ordinary technical information when you visit: pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, what browser and device you used, and which site or search sent you.

One thing worth being explicit about: we use Microsoft Clarity, which records how you move through a page — mouse movement, scrolling and clicks — and can replay that as a session recording. It is how we find out a page is confusing. That is more than a page counter, so we would rather say it plainly than bury it under the word analytics. Clarity masks text typed into fields by default.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. The ones here support the measurement described above. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Communication and consent

If you text us a photo, we keep the message and the picture so we can answer it and, if you go ahead, so the job file shows what the roof looked like when you first got in touch. Texting us is you starting a conversation, and we reply to it — it does not put you on a marketing list.

If you call or email, we reply. That is the conversation you started, and it is what you would expect.

Calling us is consent to talk. It is not consent to be texted. You are not added to marketing texts, marketing email, automated dialling or voicemail drops because you rang the number on this page. If we ever want to send you marketing messages we will ask you separately, and you will have to agree to it in writing.

If you do agree at some later point: message and data rates may apply, consent is never a condition of buying anything, and you can stop it at any time — reply STOP to any text, or call 407-383-9118 and ask to be removed. We act on that straight away.

Retention of personal information

We keep enquiry records while we are talking to you, and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back.

Where we have done work for you, the job file is kept for as long as Florida contracting, permitting, warranty and tax rules require. Those obligations outlast any preference of ours, and we cannot delete a record we are required to hold. When a record is no longer needed and no longer required, we dispose of it.

Relevance and accuracy

We collect what is relevant to the job and no more, and we try to keep it accurate.

If something we hold is wrong — a misheard address, a wrong phone number — tell us and we correct it. An inaccurate record is a practical problem before it is a privacy one: it is how a crew ends up at the wrong house.

Protection of personal information

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to the customer record is limited to the people who need it to do the work.

We are not going to claim a level of security nobody can guarantee. What we will say is that we hold no card numbers on this website, we do not keep lists of personal details we have no use for, and the fewer records we hold the less there is to lose.

Your choices, and access to this policy

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and tell us to stop contacting you. Call 407-383-9118 or email and ask.

This policy is published here, at a fixed address, and stays available. If you want the version that was in force on a particular date, ask and we will tell you what it said.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we remove it.
